I see that you have screwed up yet another class, your 4.1 crap is another stupid thing. You and the so called "rule writers" have botched up again. Did you "know" that a BOX charger isn't 4.1? their everywhere from 4.151 to 4.165? And the exhaust side isn't 4.75..their more like 4.475 and NOT 4.750.

And another thing..your going to CHARGE for inspection? When will the blood letting quit??

So, Mr. Benius, what are you going to do??????? Tell us what are the specs for the LINITED PRO?

Good to hear from you again. I actually thought you were sick. Glad to hear that your not. I hear you have some really nice "Skid Bars" on your tractor.

As for the Limited Pro Stock turbocharger,
No map ring, the turbo is limited to a 4.100 inlet (no map ring) with all inlet air passing through this restriction and a 4.750 outlet with all exhaust passing through this restriction. Both inlet and exhaust wheels must protrude 1/8 inch into the opening.

Note: Limited Pro Stock turbos will be inspected and sealed consistent with Super Farm procedures and cost.

As for the charge, each fully paid NTPA Super Farm and/or Limited Pro Stock Tractor membership will be allowed 1 turbo inspection at no charge during competition season. Each turbo inspection after the first will be charged $50.00 per turbo.

Remember Mr. H, I don't write the rules, I just try to enforce them and take the heat.

Jeff Justus's Wife Passes Away

Pat Justus (wife of ITPA super stock puller, Jeff Justus) of Sidney, Illinois passed away Sunday evening December 20, 2008 at the Provena Medical Center in Urbana, Illinois. Pat died from complications of gall bladder surgery preformed December 10, 2008. Due to Pat's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral. Memorials may be made to donor's choice or Sidney Fire Department.

Batavia, NY…The Empire State Pullers officially concluded the 2008 season with the annual awards banquet held Saturday night, November 8th. Some 200 guests gathered at the Batavia Holiday Inn. In addition to the season point champions being crowned, many specialty awards were also handed out.

2008 ITPA Awards Banquet

The 2008 Illinois Tractor Pulling Association's Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet was held on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, Illinois. More than 440 people were in attendance to honor our sponsors, point winners and ITPA special award winners. Over $65,000 in point fund money, Burrus seed corn, cash and door prizes were awarded. Kenton County Fair Sanctions With Battle of the Bluegrass Pulling Series

One of the largest fairs in Northern Kentucky, the Kenton County Fair, has just agreed to sanction one of its days with the Battle of the Bluegrass Pulling Series. “We are very proud to have the Kenton County Fair in Independence, KY as one of our premier events for 2009”, said CEO Tom McConnell. “Fans will see some of the best pulling action all season long at this event.” The event will take place July 24 at the Kenton County Fairgrounds in Independence, Ky.

The pull will feature four classes. Lt. Limited Super Stock Tractors, Super Farm Tractors, Pro Street Diesel Trucks and Pro Farm will be pulling. The purses for the Lt. Limited and Super Farm will pay $700 to win. “We expect a good turnout of pullers and fans alike”, said Series CEO Tom McConnell. “These are the most popular classes in this region, and we are looking forward to a great show”.

Kenton County has a long history of good pulling events. Some of the biggest names in Super Stock Tractor Pulling have attended this event since the 1970’s. Kenton County was one of the biggest events on the Bluegrass Pulling Series back in the early 1990’s and the event is known for its big crowds and great pulling track.

God Speed Alfred.......

Sad to hear the passing of Al Haugen......I saw him pull many times while growing up in Wis. I remember back when he had the grader tires on the rear of his 4 or 560 Farmall....Haugen's Hero......Did pretty well with them too. Later on he upgraded to the the big IH and won several titles. You will be sadly missed by many.....

Alfred Haugen, WTPA Board Member, Passed Away

Alfred "Al" Haugen, age 79, of Brodhead, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2008, at his home. Al was on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Tractor Pullers Association for 20 years. He won more state championships than any other puller in WTPA. history and won the "Puller of the Year" award many times.

1. Change Pro Stock cubic inch limit to 600 cubic inch in the year 2010.

2. Pro stock Turbo limitations use 4.6” max compressor wheel with NTPA sealed turbo in 2010

This means the rules will be the same as 2008 and 2009 for the 10,000 lb Pro Stock class
