2008 ITPA Awards Banquet

The 2008 Illinois Tractor Pulling Association's Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet was held on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, Illinois. More than 440 people were in attendance to honor our sponsors, point winners and ITPA special award winners. Over $65,000 in point fund money, Burrus seed corn, cash and door prizes were awarded. Congratulations to all ITPA point champions and special award winners. 2008 ITPA Special Award winners were:

Rookie of the Year - Todd Maedge
Best Appearing Stock - Darrell Meese
Best Appearing Truck - David Justison
Best Appearing Modified- Lynch Mob
Modified Puller of the Year - Jami Austin
Stock Puller of the Year - Ed Orrell, Jr.
Mechanic of the Year - Wayne Tedder
Sportsmanship Award - Dennis Schaubert
