Question:
Hey Richwine,
When did the hitch hole get bigger? I went to a pull this winter and the hook wouldn't go in my hitch. What the heck are you guys doing?
Answer:
The hitch for NTPA vehicles has been 3-3/4" X 3" for several years but, the sleds weren't required to increase the size of the anti-unhook device till 2008. Now that WPI and NASOA both are requiring the bigger anti-unhook bump on the hook, you will have to have the prescribed NTPA 3" wide X 3-3/4" long hole in your hitch or you won't hook to the sled.
