When can I get a 20-O-10 rulebook? I need to study before the tech test and a buddy of mine want's to see what your're doin before they write there'res.
Answer:
The 2010 NTPA rulebook will be printed between Christmas and New Years and not be ready until the first NTPA Tech School scheduled for January 3rd.
