Notice to ALL ECIPA Competitors: due to a change in the NTPA drawbar pull hole dimensions, we are forced to change our drawbar dimension rules as well because all sleds will be going to a larger hook for 2009. Old rule was a 3 inch diameter hole. 2009 rule is a pull hole 3 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches front to back. This will accommodate the thicker/stronger hook used by sleds. Failure to make this change will result in you not being able to get hitched to the sled !!!! "
