Arcola is being rumored as a RN with points being scored for the 2009 Enderle. Is this true?

Answer:

I can't answer that, I'm just a "Tech Guy" but, I checked with the office, here is the answer:

All NTPA National point events will count towards the Enderle Pull-Off's point system except for a blackout period beginning five days prior to and five days proceeding calendar year's date for the Enderle Pull-Off. (i.e. Enderle Pull-Off is September 13th - points do not accumulate between September 8th and 18th of the preceding year). This gives competitors a chance to concentrate on making the Enderle Pull-Off without worrying about breakage or traveling to the event from another locale.

Since Arcola was rescheduled as a points pull and falls outside of this blackout period, then yes, it is part of the 2009 qualifying for the Enderle.
