Heavy Metal Pulling Team Bio!

Heavy Metal Pulling team is a Virginia based pulling team that pulls
Economy Modified 2WD trucks, PRO-STREET 4x4, an Modified 4WD trucks. We
have a shop in Farmville, Virginia as well as Virginia Beach Virginia. The
trucks in Virginia Beach Virgina are owned and operated by Micheal and
George Shifflett. They run a 1951 Studebaker Modified 4WD with a 491 BBC,
SCR Reverser, SCS Drop Box, and GM Military Rears and their second truck
is a 1951 Chevrolet 3100 with a 485 BBC, NP435 Transmission, Eaton Rear,
and 34" Pit Bulls. JR Rolfe owns and operates the trucks in Farmville, VA.
His trucks are a 1986 Chevrolet Silverado PRO-STREET 4x4 with a 481 BBC,
SM465 4speed, NP205 T-Case, Dana 60 Front, 14 Bolt Rear, 4:56 Gears and
Detroit Lockers. His second truck is a 1966 Chevrolet C30 Economy modified
2WD it will have a 468 BBC, SM465 4speed, Rockwell F-106 rear, and 35" x
16"x16.5" Super Swamper TSL Boggers. Heavy Metal Pulling Teams runs with
the VA/NC Truck and Tractor Pullers Association, Interstate Truck and
Tractor Pullers Association, and with the Tri County Pullers as well as
outlaw pulls. We have run with some independent promotors like Ed
Beckley's Checkered Flag Productions out of Bridgeport Texas and Ken
Whittley's Big Daddy Motorsports out of North Carolina. Our team has its

I included some pictures of Micheal and George's Trucks and my truck when
I used to pull street stock 4x4. I'll have new pictures of my truck after
I get them redone after the winter.
