The 2009 ECIPA pulling season is over, and I want to congratulate all the points winners from each class. Awards will be handed out at the annual Banquet on January 30th, 2010. Annual "Rules Meeting" will be held on Friday night December 4th at 7pm at Hawkeye Downs in Cedar Rapids. Don't bring your own beverages....they will be furnished.  Also, you won't need to bring lawn chairs this year.

My term as President is up, and I have no intention of continuing, so someone needs to step up and be the next President. Rachel is also retiring (after a very long term) and the Vice-President is also to be replaced. Any Board members whose term is up OR who may want off the Board for some reason will be replaced. I encourage good attendance, as there are a lot of issues (business) that need to be discussed.
